Pros: The unit is solid and easy to put together. Instructions are largely clear and easy to follow. Requires only one person to assemble (though two is handy for one or two steps).
Cons: The only confusion came from distinguishing between the screw sets. A better parts list (i.e. better descriptions) would be helpful. The top, bottom and middle shelf are all laminated on one side only (upper). This means that it is not attractive if you are locating it in anything other than a low sight line. Our intent was to position it above the mantle at approximately 6 ft. Consequently, the unpainted sides are in view and aesthetically unpleasing. None of the product pictures demonstrated that fact. Product information should state that clearly before ordering.
Caveats: It is heavy and WILL require two people to mount.

A solid piece. Beautiful and bigger than I was expecting. Love it

Looks great. Not for someone who can''t think outside of instructions.
Very straightforward assembly. Best to leave the wall bracket loose before mounting the stand. I don''t care for the hardware included for mounting the bar to the wall. Seems kind of cheap. One should plan the cords and other attachments very carefully before mounting. If you lack critical thinking with home improvement projects, this may not be the stand for you. Cord management is a little tricky for the hidden area behind the lower shelf.
Assembled easily and is solid. One thing to watch, is the opening at the bottom centre, which is narrow and will only accept a narrow powerbar. Check that your wall is reasonably flat, otherwise the fit may not be ideal. My intention was to have my new 65 inch tv standing on it but when the tv arrived, the tv pedistal base was too deep for the top of the wall unit. The newer tv's appear to be designed to use bigger bases for stability and if you plan to stand your tv on this (or any other) unit, check sizing. I switched to a wall mount instead. The narrow top causes the top of the components to be somewhat visible. Not ideal for big, deep AV receivers etc. in my opinion but ok for cable box and dvd player. I have used the media shelf for a Pioneer soundbar which keeps everything tidy, but I did have to drill a small hole at the back of the shelf for the wires. The final look is quite polished and neat.
This piece is excellent. We have our 55" flatscreen, a sound bar, our PVR box and 2 gaming units in the media stand and it is solid. Once it was assembled and mounted it was a little tricky to rearrange units and thread wiring through the back but it just looks SO much better than a media stand that fits on the floor. I would recommend this unit.
I like it. Super easy to put together. Looks great as it's floating. What I don't like is that it's a bit of a pain to hide all the wires behind it. The bottom shelf where the power bar is hidden totally inaccessible once the shelf is up, and if you need to change something around, theAnAnon. n the whole thing has to come down. Not that you'd do it all the time, but there's no easy adjustment. Also, while the top and bottom are super clean, the middle shelf will be very messy with wires behind the device boxes.
