I picked it up at my local Lowes, and they offered to load it onto my truck with a forklift. But I don''t have a fork lift at home to unload it, so I opened it and installed the casters there at the store. The casters attach with machine screw type fasteners instead of bolts, which I thought was a little strange. They are best installed with 3/8ths wrench but a phillips screwdriver can work on the 4 corner casters. The casters themselves could be of better quality, but they roll smooth and the brakes work just fine. Comes with a 3/8th thick foam pad for the top, and the pre-cut drawer liners fit with just 1/8 inch gap between each wall of the drawer. The drawers latch and stay closed when closed, they open nice and smooth. The lock works quite nicely as well. I only have a few small complaints. If the casters were of slightly better quality this would be an excellent toolbox for the money. One of the holes to attach the handle does not line up the best and will need to be made slightly larger in order to fit the handle. Also the paint has a small blotch in it where it looks like someone bumped into it while it was still wet. Not a big deal, I can fix the hole for the handle and the paint doesn''t affect how well it holds my tools. Its bound to get scratched at the shop anyhow.

this is a well built box for the price, only had one problem with it the lock rod was missing the cotter pin that held to the lock so i had to flip over to get it open and connect lock rod.The drawers are solid feeling and have not complained about the weight in them yet and stay shut when closed all the way
