This tub is far from white. I did put bright white tiles in the surround and they looked like they would blend fine before the tile went on the wall. When it was all done the bath tub actually has a very grey tint to it. Luckily, I used grey grout so it all turned out okay. Okay, not great. Nice finish and shine. Although it did get scratched during install and we are not aware of when. We do not know of any moment when something impacted it. Makes me wonder if it does scratch easily.

Nice but has a couple flaws...
By Tami from Utah, USA on Apr 06, 2016
I ordered two as I''d read enough reviews claiming damaged tubs causing delivery delays. So glad I did because one of the two I''d ordered, was damaged. The good one was just installed a week ago. I found two small scratches that were through to the metal. Hard to say if they were already there or if my contractor accidentally scratched the finish. Either way, I think the other reviews that the coating scratches super easy is correct. Use with care and don''t have any sharp edged or heavy items around the tub and be VERY CAREFUL with tools! I''ll be buying some touch-up paint to hopefully fix my scratches and prevent possible rusting. Aside from that, it is a deep tub and you can make it even deeper by flipping the overflow plate upside down. That''ll give you about another inch. There is AMPLE space on tub sides and ends for shampoo bottles, soaps, etc., and it''s plenty wide to lounge in during a nice soak. I think they must have improved the slip resistant material on the bottom of the tub because it''s not really that visible and I didn''t notice it while bathing while older reviews said it was extremely scratchy and obvious. I can see how it might be difficult to keep clean but I''ve found that CLR Kitchen and Bath along with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are GREAT on slip resistant tub stuff. My contractor said it was a chore to get it into the space and that the ends of the tub are bowed. I can definitely see where the grout line thickness differs on the in and outside of the ends as opposed to middle ends but I''m EXTREMELY attentive to detail so others probably wouldn''t notice it as much.
