I like the looks of the light, but have had trouble getting used to the size. I had something much smaller in its place before so I think that's part of it! Service was great! We are pleased and relieved!!
I installed 4 of these units in kitchen and bedrooms. The first installation was a learning process, but the 3 additional units went quickly. The light fixtures have angled brackets that I needed to adjust (i.e. bend slightly downward) to allow new energy efficient bulbs to be installed.
I wanted an attractive entryway light that would match hall lights, give good light to the area, and use regular bulbs. This light and the related flush hall lights met my expectations in every way except one. The one downside is that changing bulbs will be challenging. It will take two of us, working carefully, to keep the globe from falling and breaking. Additionally, there are four parts to remove before the globe is removed to change the bulb: two washers, a screw-in bolt, and the decorative end fixture. Changing a bulb may not happen often, but it will be a major project when it does happen. This part could be vastly improved.
