Wire Connection

The wire Connector was too large for my existing wiring, and I had to provide my own make-shift connector.

I spent about 3 hours installing this one light.

These lights are perfect for my historic home. I have 5 and everytime there''s rain, ay least one has to have the bulb replaced. I purcased them individually in 2013 and bought two replacements because the landscapers break them with the lawn edgers. I am very disappointed that they can no longer be purchased separately. There are currently two broken shades that cannot be replaced unless I buy a set.

So very cheaply made

Two pcs broke after the 1st year and of course there are no ways to order any replacement parts. Lowes no longer carries them. Now I have 6 of these ,1 broken and no way to replace or repair. I called the company and they said I should take it up with Lowes. Lowes said they would special order one for me at 4 times the original price

Great light but low quality

I bought a set of these. Lined my walkway and they look great until tops started breaking. I went shopping for replacements and found 2 (no transform, no wire, just the lights) for more than I paid for the whole kit. Disappointed in Lowes right now but I still go to Lowes before Home D.

Love these path lights I bought 20 of them.

Very elegant looking along our sidewalk and other landscape. The only problem is that the 12mm aluminum posts break easy if bumped or a hose is pulled across it. Easy fix is to get a 12mm die and rethread the aluminum post. The broken piece comes out easy. if the post snaps of at upper part of fixture you will have to redo the wire at the middle post joint. (solder and shrink tube)

Have used this fixture ever since it came out 8 or 10 years ago? Only one thing is we wire the fixture direct most lights fail with those stupid idiot type twist on plugs. You really should wire smooth side of wire with smooth & rough side with rough will never have issues. The other thing is always use electrical grease on bulbs electrical end. These fixture are great we have them in several applications see my web site to view them in action
