These lights with LEDs are just beautiful. Make sure you get the plastic covers for inside or out, they don't cost much. I put them on my new house (5) and when the sun sets they make the house look so nice. Do an internet search for how to arrange up/down lights and you'll see so many ideas. They are made well and I expect them to continue to look great for a long time.

For outdoor use, does this fixture require a top cap to prevent rain?
The Mine Answer
This sconce should not be placed directly in the path of rain. This fixture is okay for installation in damp locations, which means bathrooms that are subject to moisture, or outside but protected from the elements. A damp location is an exterior or interior location that is normally or periodically subject to condensation of moisture in, on, or adjacent to, electrical equipment, and includes partially protected locations.
