Single lamp strips

Have not installed yet, but fixtures look ok. Good price, fast delivery. Free shipping is a definite plus.
I hope I don't have to return them though, because there is a 20% restocking fee !! - not good.

It works

The piece works fine, it''s very light constructed and when my electrician installed it he said that the end pieces were bent and it would have been difficult for a non professional it install it

Intended to be hardwired, but a plug and cord can be added. No tools needed for assembly.

You can''t beat it for the price!

I needed to replace two 4-foot single bulb fluorescent fixtures. Initially I investigated replacing the ballasts in the old units, but found the ballasts had been discontinued. A replacement ballast actually cost 90 cents more than these entire units!! Neither of the big box stores carry the 4-foot T12 fixtures. These units were easily installed and are currently working. My vote is for these!

Lithonia 4-ft Fluorescent Light Strip

A good light fixture for the price, with free shipping. Have three mounted in series, evenly spaced, along the peak in my attic. They light the whole attic! Bulbs lit every time in winter's sub-zero temps.
Needed to twist-tie a length of galvanized wire around the fixture, in the center, to keep the cover from sagging Metal is a little thin, but you're not going to get commercial quality for this price.
Yes, I would recommend this fixture for home/garage use..

This light fixture was exactly what was needed
By from Conway, SC on Mar 15, 2015
Professional
It works as it needs to and wasn't expensive. 'Nuff said. The local home improvement stores do not carry this product in stock . Internet purchasing worked fine and the delivery by UPS was great. Thank you very much.

?
What is the difference between the 25 watt and 17 watt lights? Does the 25 put out more light?
The Mine Answer
The 25w would put our more light. To compare fluorescent to incandescent 17w F is about the same as 60 Incandescent and 25w F would be similar to 75w incandescent.

Does this come as a plug in model?
The Mine Answer
No these do not come in a plug in version, however I was told that it can be done "after the fact so to speak" with a little bit of handyman and electrical knowledge.
