1) The specs for the fixture show a length of 43" but it is actually 40". Both your web site and ELK's web site show the same dimensions so I'm sure you got them from ELK. Three inches doesn't seem like much but it my application it mattered. 2) The glass is darker than it appears on the Lighting Universe web site. It isn't a problem for me but could be for somebody else so I recommend that potential buyers check it on ELK's site first to be sure you like it. 3) Lighting Universe's price is AWESOME compared to local stores, but when compared to other manufacturer's price, ELK is high. I just don't see the ELK product being of any greater quality than lower-priced fixtures from other manufacturers.
Overall, the light is nice and was exactly the style I was looking to put in my kitchen.
Unfortunately, I was given bad advise from my contractor and have to return the lights. The pitch on my ceiling didn't allow these to hag down straight. And the wall sconces were a .5" too wide (wasn't given dimentions from contractor. The came out of the box beautiful, and should I buy another home - I'll be looking for these lights
