Replaced a worn out set of Knape & Vogt slides that were over 30 years old. The dimensions were a perfect match for the model number. Most of the holes on the new slide lined up with the original holes. I would expect that the new slides will add many years of use to an older cabinet.
These work fine, but you need to be aware of this: if you are replacing drawer slides made by the same company in the 1970s these slides could give you some trouble. The screw holes are different, but more importantly the allowable width between the drawer and the cabinet with the older glides was less. So if you do not have more than 1 inch difference (overall cabinet opening width minus the overall drawer width), these simply won''t work. The old slides would work with 7/8 inch or 15/16 inch clearance and these must have at least a bit over 1 inch.
