Button deteriorated and fell apart in less than one year, and I've not found a source where I can buy the button itself-must buy the entire assembly. That makes it an expensive doorbell. If you are installing it in the desert, forget it. Ours is never in the direct sun, is shaded all day. Most buttons in this subdivision seem to have the same problem.

Nice doorbell unless you happen to have full sun on the door for more than a few hours. In that case, the plastic push button will degrade in under two years and break away. I have replaced mine twice...looking for a full metal, non-lighted replacement now.
The white plastic button of my beautiful doorbell shattered and I was trying to replace just it. Not possible. After much searching and frustration, I found this site and, although I had to purchase an entirely new doorbell (same style) just to replace the white plastic button, it was well worth it to have an exact replica. I would absolutely purchase from this website again...and may have to with the aggressive doorbell-pushers in my neighborhood.
