A far cry from dangling crystals and gilded scrollwork, the Nexus chandelier defines contemporary lighting. Smooth tubes and broad rectangular arms form sharp right angles to uphold three individual lamps. Crisp, white fabric tautly wraps the substantial drum shades, each smartly trimmed with metal rings for a clean, tailored look. In satin nickel finish, the fixture creates an icy, monochromatic sensation; in oil rubbed bronze, the feel becomes decidedly masculine and sophisticated. Both looks suit myriad indoor living spaces with equal class and style and speak of the owner’s impeccable taste. With its undeniably bold presence, Nexus expertly completes your contemporary room. Maxim—Lighting that reflects your life.
The Nexus collection is the true standard for contemporary lighting. The flat rectangular tube arm forms to a perfect angle and comes finished in choice of Satin Nickel or Oil Rubbed Bronze. The White fabric drum shade is trimmed with metal rings in matching finish for a clean, tailored look.
I am glad I purchased the chandelier however, it was a tough undertaking to put it up. My husband is not a novice but the chain is attached to one part of the lamp. Taking links off was hard, but that is to be expected, but it also scuffed and I had to go over the marks with a bit of stain. It looks very nice however one of the shades was coming apart at the seam. I used some fabric glue and it is holding up well.
I am very happy with the way it looks, but it was a bit of a uphill climb to get here.
