The BH2A hinges offer one of the tightest reveals in the cabinet making industry. Designed for 3/4-in inset doors, these solid brass hinges are extruded, rather than stamped, for extra durability and feature one-piece construction in every leaf. This series features a sleek flat finial and is available in multiple finishes.
I found these to be an excellent better quality hinge. Too often hardware choices are either National/Stanley utility hinges or the the very high end stuff from Lee Valley or Whitechapel. I''m proud of the work that I do; $200 in hardware for a couple of four doors is too much. The service was fine. The hinges were good quality. The modern improvement of adjustment slots (one hinge wing in one direction, the other wing adjusts in the other) together allow you to hang the door, wiggle it to a perfect fit, final assembly drives the rest of the fasteners into new wood. I''d describe myself as a retired amateur craftsman.
