This unit was difficult to install in a preexixting home. The features, however, made us overlook the installation blunders and assembly difficulties, because not only is it stylish to look at, it is relatively quiet as well as a convienent three-in-one fixture. Overall, I would recommend this product to my friends.

Amazing fan - horrible instructions

Would buy this fan again, it works beautifully, heats up instantly. Only thing is instruction diagram was wrong. Also very comolicated to get in. Usually fan takes 2 hours max to install in old home this one took 5 hours of a master electricans time. So if you take out the instruction part, i would give this fan 15 of 10- absolutely amazing!!!
Disappointed. Exhaust fan does not clear even half the mirror. I doubt the heater will be effective in the winter. Also the bulbs hold the cover on and it is extremely difficult to remove and replace the bulbs.

Could have been designed better
By Bill from Sarnia on Mar 11, 2016
There just isn''t enough room for 3 sets of # 14 wire to be terminated and then enclosed with metal cover making up the terminating box inside the fixture. Just about impossible to get the tiny screws to line up because the wires are in the way. I used the minimal length of wire possible. Just so annoying.
I think the quality is very good....maybe not the strongest fan, though very quiet. Also, don''t plan on it being your prime light source. Radiant heat works great, overall am quite pleased with the unit.
